Setting 208 - it will not update using admin page

This:

There's no setting in admin/config page that changes that setting but photopost uses that so it's not irrelevant. That setting is probably set during installation but there's no way to change that after that (except when you log in to mysql and omdify that manually).

So if you have to change your installation directory that 208 setting do not update even though you change all paths using adm-index.php

View Storage Options in admin and hit revert and save twice to load the path set in Global Options

Ah ok - my mistake! I wasn't even aware of that Storage Options setting. I thought that all options are accessible from "All Options"

Would it be a good idea to move that from bottom of the admin front page to under Edit Settings?
