upgrade problems

I tried applying 5.6 to 5.61 and got these errors:

Error performing MySQL command: RENAME TABLE pp_search TO pp_searchids
Error: Can't find file: './branqui6_mobile/pp_search.frm' (errno: 2)

then tried a search function and got this error:
We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

tried to upload using the bulkupload function and get this error:

Result: Unknown column 'lastphoto' in 'field list'

error message from the top of the same page:

This was all working fine before the upgrade.
