5.6 ppopen.tmpl and ppclose.tmpl invalid html

The changes in these template screwed my layout.
Looking at the html code they produce revealed that the ppclose.tmpl code closes more tables than ppopen.tmpl opens.

Everything is fine up to this:

I assume a table and tr is missing there.

Actually, all that is removed from the current build; you only need:

ppclose.tmpl
