Error deleting images/photos

When i delete photos from my photopost i saw that in RECENT PHOTOS block they still exist. How is this possible and how to fix it?

Don't know if this helps but a new user appears to have deleted his uploads today but the "Recent Photos" still contained 4 "black" thumbnails. I tried a test upload and delete and it was fine, so I don't know what the user did.

I'm wondering if they deleted their photos from the show photo page or the edit photo page.

I have found support very helpful. Whilst I appreciate that not all users are native English speakers, I find that some of the questions posted are difficult to understand

To assist in your problem please post explicit url and a test regular user login to your site and what version you are using

I show we explicitly refresh the category cache on delete of a photo but you can turn the category cache off in global options in admin.
