Upload issues with IE

Hi its just became apparent to me that some of my members are unable to upload pictures to the gallery. They were trying the upload to their album.
They get the page which shows the upload button which is supposed to allow uploads from their pc. when click on that button, nothing happens.

I tried it and it works fine, but i use firefox. I then went onto IE and then had the same problem. has anyone else heard of this. It is annoying for my members that they cannot upload their picture. I have checked the permissions and their ok.
Does anyone have the same problem or a solution.

You might want to post a url to your site. You also want to move verify yourself to interact on our forum and be entitled to support

I will move this thread into the appropriate support forum. Please give us more info here as there are no differences between uploading and one browser or another. If they hit upload what exactly happens in detail?
