error
I'm getting this error.

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\gallery\forums\vb3.php on line 66

what can I do to fix it?

Okay yep wrong mysql table prefix of vbulletin on step 4 looks like

You can rerun install and enter the correct mysql table prefix on step 4 for your forum.
