User unable to log into gallery

Hi,

I switched over to vbulletin a while back and everything has been going fairly smooth. I suddenly have a member who is unable to log into the gallery. She can see all public galleries with no issue if not logged in but when trying to log in she gets the following errors:

As I have investigated I found that this file - profile.php was being used by phpbb. Since this is no longer installed I am stuck as to why when she logs in the script would be looking for it.

I don't know if this is of any importance but there are 2 other having the same issue and they are all from Brazil.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What does you gallery look like to everyone else? You can post a link here

I think you might want to look into if you did any hacks as this doesnt look like photopost we dont have a profile.php file what product do you have?

Hi Chuck,

As far as I know no one except the 3 Brazilians are having the issue. You may view the gallery HERE. The file is not part of vbulletin or photopost, it was a part of phpbb and I am wondering why that file is even being looked at by photopost or vbulletin in this case.

I don't think I have any hacks.

I would suggest you just check your site around for old links. Since our program as pointed out has nothing to do with this I dont really have anything else I can say here. The only way I think they can get to a page like that and get errors such as that is if you have a link somewhere on your site or maybe they bookmark that link
