error logs

My server get a hugh amount of this error logs, maybe 40 a 50 a minute!

I checked those files, but they are not exist?

well you can I guess ask about this at vbulletin. Those are not our files

My host called and told me, that comments.tmpl is making this error:

This files doesnt exist on Vbulletin 3.6.

We only load the file is vbulletin 3.5 is off. Since your running 3.6 we load the textedit.js file and not that one. If he looks at the whole template he can see there is an if else statement therefore I do not see how we can load that file
