| Filmstrip On Showphoto
Not sure if this is a bug or not, however, I thought there was a way to limit the number of photos shown?
Sometimes it shows three sometimes it shows 5 and it is throwing the page formatting out of whack.
Thanks in advance for the help! http://www.dieselpowered.net/gallery.../photo/5/cat/2 |

It is suppose to show 5. It shows 3 if there are no more to show depending on your parameters passed
You can turn this block off or try it on the left right top or bottom whatever looks right for you.
If your using a very restrictive table width I would suggest turning it off unless using it on the left or right works for you

The <<more>> ajax feature in 5.5 stretches my fixed table width and since there's no way of reducing the no. of thumbnails in the filmstrip, can we at least edit the template so that the more>> links to the left and right appears in a separate line? But which template?
I like this feature and turning it off may not be option because it would be a waste of such a great feature.
Thanks.

Sorry, I am kind of lost looking at the template (I have edited other templates before). Can you please point out exactly which lines to edit? This is the filmstrip horizontal template. Thanks. My problem now is if I click on either link to see the next set of photos, the previous and next ajax return to the sides. Please take a look here to see what I mean - link removed by member. There may be other parts of showphoto that I need to edit?

Hi topmedic,
I saw your earlier post about the << more >> issue and when you have a very restrictive table width - I wondered if you would be willing to share your edited 'showphoto.php' and 'showframe.php' files or at least the relevant code edits?
No problem if not, but thought I'd ask |

This is for the horizontal filmstrip display. This will put the <<more>> ajax feature in another line so as not to stretch your fixed width table.
Open showphoto.php
Find: (2 instances, lines 483 and 498) Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
Change to: Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
Open showframe.php
Find: (2 instances, lines 300 and 315) Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

This really should be configurable either via a hack or in the Admin panel.
Thanks.
