only one user cannot upload, get's black screen

This one has me totally stumped. This one guy i have can not upload. he gets taken to the 2nd upload page after choosing his image and the page is blank. He's tried multiple computers, i've logged in as him and i can't upload either. there is no filesize issue or permission issue, he is identical to 100's who can upload fine.. any ideas?

I would suggest you apply the ini_set line for memory limit which is noted in many threads to raise PHP memory which is crapping out for him since your using GD.

You can also delete his uploads directory under the uploads directory to unclog him.

would this still apply for uploading a 50kb file? i tried uploading a small avatar image and got the blank screen..
