Med / Big Display Issue - No Watermarking

I just installed photopost and I'm not sure what's going on, but when I upload a full sized image it uploads ok, but when I go into the gallery and click on the image to display the larger version, all I keep getting is the thumbnail. Same happens when I click on the links for larger file sizes.

If I use the link to the image it displays the large image, so it definitely uploaded to the server, it's just not showing it from within the photopost software.

I've also turned watermarking to ON and have a watermark image on the server and located in the directory configured, but it's not showing on uploaded images.

If your using permanent watermarking and you have watermarks turned on have you set which usergroups get there images marked in edit categories at bottom in permissions?
