Couple Issues W/ Sidebar

Alright, have some odd things happening:

For the sidebar placement, why do I have duplicate options. I have Left, Off, Left, Right...do not need left twice I would think.
Statistics PAL, when turned on shows statistics on the sidebar as well as horizontally under the Random images when on the index...however, is not displaying anything. When I go into a gallery, then the statistics work, however, removes the horizontal statistics under the random images. If I turn them off on the sidebar...they exist no where??
Whos online PAL is enabled, yet it is not showing up anywhere?

Ok I see where the online PAL is located...that is working fine...just the other two issues.

1. It's just displaying your selected option at the top.
2. Can you give me link examples? I'm not sure I am following you.

Basically what I am saying is that the statistics show on both the sidebar and under the random images, however, if you turn the stats off in the sidebar, they are removed from under the random images as well.
