Members can't upload

I have two members getting this message when trying to upload images.

7647.jpg ( exceeds your limit of daily uploads), 79.jpg ( exceeds your limit of daily uploads), 514.jpg ( exceeds your limit of daily uploads)

I'm using PP 5.3.

They haven't exceeded their limit by anymeans. So I'm not sure why they are getting this error.

7 photos. Since September 10th only one image has been uploaded. The error I gave is after I tried uploading 5 images to his gallery using his account this afternoon.

what version of the software are you using?

What is returned using phpmyadmin when you put his userid where it goes with this query

Code:

Well running that query in phpmyadmin is the true test to see how many uploads they have. Plus how many files do they have in their upload directory you might want to clear that and see if they can upload.
