Upload photo activates when clicking outside of Choose file

Don't know best way to explain this ...
At upload, if you click outside of the Choose File button it opens.
This is a hassle if I inadvertently click on that area of the page to scroll down, etc.
Would it be possible to only open up the file if the actual Choose File button is clicked on?

Thanks

If I click anywhere on the upload page to the right of Choose File button it opens to my computer, activating Choose File on the line that the cursor is on.
I have it set for 10 upload prompts.

I'm using Safari

Ah okay, I tried it out on IE and it's fine.
Just a problem with Safari then.

FYI I've uploaded two screenshots showing what it looks like on IE, and Safari on a Mac.
