software keeps failing

about once a week, your software keeps going down...
if i go in the admin panel and goto edit the header, but do nothing, just click UPDATE HEADER, then it comes back up...
otherwise, nothing but a dead page..

after months of hassles, we finally figured this out...

how do we fix this problem?

does it have anything to do with my 6 installations of your products on the same server?

i would have submitted a ticket, but i can't find that feature here anymore.

please help as this loses me a lot of money every time this happens...members get pissed, cancel their accounts...

please advise.

Well just a couple notes that I am aware of. First off your site is using vbulletin header footer integration so I dont see where there would be an issue with an external header since we do not load external header files on a vb3 integrated site. That would be my thinking here. In fact there should be no paths or anything filled out in header footer or headtags in global options for any optional headers
