Cannot update templates...

Everytime I try to edit a template I get the following error:

Warning: fopen(/home/homethea/public_html/photopost/templates/vb3enhanced//comments.tmpl): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/homethea/public_html/photopost/adm-misc.php on line 2292

Unable to write changes, permissions on comments.tmpl are not set properly.

How do I fix it so I can edit?

Hello per our installation instructions set your templates within the templates directory to 666 and they will be writable.

yesterday, i've had same problem. check, if you are in right folder for chmod, you have to be here:
../photopost/templates/vb3enhanced/comments.tmpl

not there:
../photopost/templates/comments.tmpl
