Unable to login to gallery Admin CP after upgrade.

I can login fine to the forums and then when going to the gallery at http://gallery.uberw00t.com I can still see the gallery and a notice that the gallery is closed (like admins get to see)... however, when I click the "Admin" link it takes me to a plain/generic login form. Then when I put my login info there and login I get a login successful screen and then it takes me back to the gallery page as logged out. So I see the notice about the boards being down.

Seems like a cookie issue but I dont know how. I have the correct code in the config file in the integration file. I have another gallery I have used ALOT at http://gallery.pimprig.com and this other gallery is setup pretty much the same way. So I do have plenty of experience with the script. :) I have already tried clearing cache, using a diff browser, etc.

Any ideas?

Check your cookie prefix in the settings table setting 172 to ensure you have it set to bb which is your vb cookie prefix by default if you have not change it. Otherwise you can also check the vb config file to ensure it is correct what I said

Next in your photopost config-inc.php file make sure your vb license is entered where it asks and not your vb customer number

OK, I changed that setting in the table to bb. Still same problem. I am using the license and not the customer number (that is why I mentioned I have this running great on another site, I know the common mistakes already :) ). I should be using whatever the default VB cookie prefix is since I can't even find where you would change that in VB. :)

Thanks for your help!

Well I dont know what to tell you. You need to check your vblicense number on your files.

I registered a test user and I can say absolutely without doubt your vblicense number is incorrect. Your password hash in your bbpassword cookie is changed when you login through photopost which means the license number can not be correct

Wow I feel like an idiot... I was logged in under teh wront sql user... i was looking at the pimprig database and not the uberw00t one. Thanks for the help! I sat here thinking you had to be right and it boiled down to simple user error (like usual) hehe.

Thanks again!
