Newly created usergroups getting access to restricted subcategories(FIXED)

I have some categories with settings of restricted access for all usergroups, excluding administrator.
When I create one more new usergroup, by default it receives access to all subcategories, even to closed earlier for all groups.

When adding in more usergroups they will by default be added. After adding groups you must go back to edit categories and recheck and set permissions accordingly. They are by default added because most people forget to recheck permissions.

Thank you for advice - this is why I wrote here about it .
It is headach to edit back all categories with access restrictions.
I think that by default access for new usergroup should be restricted, but not open anywhere? It is much safe, ins't it?

I think that it is the other way around.

New usergroups should be set to allow access to all cats. It is much more common on probally 99% of our product installs that people have access set to yes for most all groups except visitors.

At least given what I have seen in my time. Highly restricted sites are not as common.
