Text formatting gone astray

One of my users just pointed out to me that whenever someone uses & or ' that PP does this, two examples:

UP 9979, a former C&NW GP-40 leads the Costa Mesa local over the Santa Ana River

It is also doing this "SD40-2\'s" instead of "SD40-2's" and the same thing applies with an edit.

Any ideas?

How abouts a url and which photopost version?

The typecast function should strip all slashes.

As far as the description I think adding this line in bold in showphoto.php would help

Code:

PP 5.2.1. I noticed it does this on the photo upload page. When it goes from the first upload page to the second one it changes the text. I added the text you said to the showphoto.php but I don't think that's the problem.

Thanks,
Dave
