Unable to log into admin panel

We recently upgraded to vBulletin 3.5.0 and completed the corresponding upgrade to get our Photopost program functioning in sync with the forum software. Unfortunately, following the upgrade, I cannot log into my admin panel for the photopost program. Can anyone point me in the direction to get this addressed? Is there a simple fix, or will I have to ask my busy webmaster to take care of it?

Hello in your settings mysql table what is your cookie prefix setting 172 set to?

It should be bb by default or something else if you changed it. It should never be empty on vbulletin
