SQL Error: Unknown column 'notcat' in 'where clause'

I got this error when trying to order image, and select photo image general (parent category)
/adm-misc.php?admact=order

Are you using 5.21?

I would suggest grabbing the latest version

yes I am, i just reupload the files yesterday.

Okay please ensure you uploaded every changed file as this was indeed a bug that has been fixed in the current code

it is a new installation, and it was 5.2.1 when I installed it ... do you have any idea which file I should check/reupload?

do you have your version/build updated when you have new uploads?

I redownload the files just now, and it has 5 files different from what I downloaded on 11/1/05

let's see if the problem is fixed over this version.

Yep we release new builds but if a bug is fixed it is updated in the current build so new users are not affected. when enough bugs are corrected we release a notice

I just reupload most of the files, exept for data,documents,helps,images,uploads folder, and the error is still there.


How to process:

Go to admin index: /album/adm-index.php
Click on Order Images: /album/adm-misc.php?admact=order
Select Photo Gallery General in cagegory list (the default one)

when you select, it gives error!

In adm-misc.php find this around line 2890 add the code in bold

if ( empty($cat) || $cat == "notcat" ) $cat = 500;
