Gallery permissions not working(FIXED)

When a user uploads a file, they can choose *any* gallery from the drop down and are not restricted via permissions!

This is also true of the "move" function, updated to 5.21 now and it's still doing it.

As long as they can view a category they can move a photo to there or have it in the dropdown

If you want to change to only show selections based on upload permissions do this in pp-inc.php make the change in bold at line 1704

I don't get it, so whats the point of the upload permissions?

This is not just during a move, but an actual upload...

(oh and thanks for the code change, it of course works

I am going through threads adding all the fixes, but shouldn't this one be marked NOT A BUG?

No it was a bug it use to read ugview which meant people could upload to any category even though they did not have upload permisssion
