My stand alone Photopost 5.2 just quit working

I just woke up and checked my photo site and I get a 404 error. It was fine last night. I own the server it's on, and my other sites are up (vBulletins with photopost). I ftp'ed in there and all looks well. the url is www.wcjpics.com

I'll restart some services on the server, but my other sites ARE fine...What could happen?

Fixed! Restarted Apache and it showed up? But my other sites were fine, whats that all about?

I did change the site's IP address last night, could this be a propagation issue with name servers?

If I go to www.wcjpics.com/index.php it work's so I believe this to be a name server issue.

Yep its a domain issue
