More problems with &(FIXED)

The other day I posted a bug i had found when using the & character in image names, now something similar happens with Album names, I create an album with a title using & and then it gets replaced by & . and so i have to correct it. I think you should check this characters issue around the whole system. i attach the example.

Line 92 of adm-cats.php

$ncatname = $catname;

change to this

$ncatname = convert_html($catname);

now when i try to create a category says

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: convert_html() in /home/nclubber/public_html/fotos/adm-cats.php on line 92

Make sure to upload the file adm-inc.php which is noted as a changed file from 5.2 to 5.21

Is it ok to upload admin files from 5.21 into a 5.2 install without affecting/having problems?
