5.2 small bug/oddity with commentspal

Hi..

Upgrade went well all working ok, but there's a small bug where by my comments pal occasionally disapears on the gallery index, just like it's not enabled, if someone posts a pic the comments pal shows again... as i say it's just occasional, but besides this it rocks!!!

I found a strange trouble with random images, couple of times it shows around 15 images on index page (default setup) other times it shows only 7 images ??

I'll have to look into it, but the problem is that when the cache is refreshed it takes on the permissions of the user when refreshing it.

I've had to change the logic for the cache on the commentspal a little; I've updated the index.php, templates/commentspal.tmpl and templates/vb3enhanced/commentspal.tmpl files on the current build to change how we cache the data and process it. Grab the current build and update those files and let me know if that fixes the problem.
