Allow downloads from URLs don't work(NOT A BUG)

I'm trying to upload files trough http://
there is no error messages, it says the files have been succesfully added
however there are no images

also if i use a bogus url like http://www.mysite.com/whateverimage.gif
it says success ?

uploading from PC works fine

i also looked at viperalley.com registered and tried to upload
but the same problem

Upload from url does not work like that.

You would input the name of a page say

http://www.mysite.com/index.htm and we will strip and upload all images from the img tags within that page provided they are full url and can be found.

It is not for placing a image url in.
