| Comment Problem(FIXED)
When I make a comment to a picture and click on submit I get this message.
This is after upgrading to 5.14
Quote: "You did not fill in the comments or rating field."
I did fill in the comment field but got the message and will not submit the comment. My Site

same here, it forces you to make a comment AND add a rating but only shows the rating. I think we had this one (or one like it) before in the dim and distant past
I find that I can use the "post reply" button and the enhanced vB3 editor to post but not the quick reply box. Also, if I comment and rate an image (using the enhanced editor) I am then unable to post a further message without getting the following error: "You did not fill in the comments or rating field."

I get same message with both comment boxes.

Well I will let Michael respond here since he wrote that code but I coded reviewpost a little different because I encountered a similar issue
You can try and see if this lets you comment it works in both vb3 and vb35 for me
in comments.php Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
Okay so you would replace that with this altered code and you should work fine Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

The quick reply box works now but when I try using the enhanced vB3 editor to post a comment I get "Invalid call to script."
I'm running PP5.14 with vB3.06 here

I will wait for an update that will work with both edit boxes.
I am using PP 5.14 with VBB 3.07.
I can give admin access if needed. |

| For Omega
Something is still wrong because when someone use codes like "quote" or ,br> itīs appear like simple letters. minha não é arte de "artista"... é arte de "arteiro"...
You can test in my gallery and take a look in this page Omega:

pass: teste www.melgama.com/galeria/ |

Your not suppose to be able to use html in comments and thats why it is not translated. This is so you cant display XSS cross scripting
There is not an issue that I see as html is not rendered and should not be.

We EVER used codes in Photopost - we not translated the codes - this is a bug that appear when someone use the code of course we speak portuguese and the result is in portuguese.
I canīt accept that all errors that we put here when the gallery have some update you (support) think that we made something wrong. I didinīt forget about the smiles because when I buyed my license it was working fine and after an update itīs wrong...
Did you make a test?

You can test in my gallery and take a look in this page Omega:
login: teste
pass: teste www.melgama.com/galeria/ | I'm getting the same thing.. I tried to post a reply and use a smilie and got <P>I will as soon as he's old enough.</P>
I just checked out the photo gallery here and how do you get it to only show the basic editor with out the smilies and other fuctions? as if I set my option in my userCP on my site to basic I still get the smilies that make the error.
