Can anyone else but you get this error. I have viewed your site in mozilla and aol and I get no java errors or have no problems posting as I have shown.

It seems I'm the only one so far having this issue, I just noticed that I'm having the same issue in my Reviewspost also. If this isn't a PP or RP issue what could it be and how would I fix it?

Thats the problem. You claim to have java problems on your page etc but no one else see's them nor do I.

Until I can replicate something I can not go suggesting a fix

Well I'm not "Claiming" to have a problem as my screen shot shows I "AM" having issues with this. If I may ask what version of java are you using? maybe theres an issue with the latest as I'm running Java 1.5.0_04. And as one other member stated in his post why would you post saying I'm Claiming" something? I'm not a liar hell I even showed you the screen with the "Error"

What I mean by you claim to have a java issue is just that. Has nothing to do with true or false. It just means you claim to have a problem. I can not confirm it.

Usually if there is an issue with our code then there would be an error for everyone. In your case no one get's this error but you which leads to some issue with your computer and java.

I would uninstall your version and reinstall maybe the sun java 1.4.2 as I show that to be the latest and is what my computer is using.

I'm having the error on your site's gallery aswell.. I reinstalled IE and Java. I'll look into the java 1.4.2 tho..

Well I'm un-able to download the 1.4.2 version (http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp) Only has Java 1.5.0_04 listed.

In showphoto.tmpl find this and add code in bold

var smiliewindow_x = 240;
var smiliewindow_y = 280;
var WYSIWYG = 1;
var threadedmode = 1;

Interesting how those java errors travel on people's installs

Okay well try downloading the build again and upload templates/vb3enhanced/quickcom.tmpl and header-inc.php and showphoto.php

omegatron - I don't understand why I'm getting this error. As if I goto your website I get the same errors as I do on my site. I know its not my PC as I just re-formatted it cause I'm trying to get to the bottom of this error, It has to be one of two things.... It's either a vB 3.5 issue or a IE issue.

Unhappy

ok found out something weird about this error..

If I choose a smiley or a text command like "Bold" it places the code at the VERY top of the page.. (See attachment)

I do not have any errors on my site when I view it

I would suggest you try removing this from quickcom.tmpl to see if you get rid of your errors

<script type="text/javascript" src="{$Globals['vbulletin']}/clientscript/vbulletin_quickreply.js"></script>

removing that got rid of the ('threadedmode' is undefined) error on showphoto.php but still get a (Object expected) error on the comments.php page.

Getting closer....
