uploaded video .wmv files,.. process them,.. but they dont process? the dont show up.//?

ok i changed the settings in the admin,.. now theres no error again,.. but they still dont show even tho it claims it got processed?

by the way I am uploading it ftp,.. not through the site,.. the files are already in the upload directory
