Error MySql Can't find File Admlog.MYD?(FIXED)

Can someone please tell me how to fix this error. I was over my limit on my server and had to dump my log files to free up space but now i can't seem to use my admin section and i'm getting an error.

So i was checking my mysql and found that this,

how do i fix this?

Hello I beleive I answered this in PM's you would need to either REPAIR the table

REPAIR TABLE admlog

or create a new one

CREATE TABLE admlog (id int(10) NOT NULL auto_increment,
adminuser varchar(50) NOT NULL default '',
description varchar(255) NOT NULL default '',
datestamp int(20) NOT NULL default '0',
ip varchar(35) NOT NULL default '',
PRIMARY KEY (id)) TYPE=MyISAM
