User Upload problem

My users in one perticular usergroup are not able to upload the images. When they try to upload, they do not receive any error, the process just goes to next page, giving a feeling that image is uploaded.

I checked the upload folders of these users there are no images stored there.

UsergroupPermission in Photopost:

Daily upload Limit: 1 image per day
Image size: 200k

This usergroup is allowed to upload only in one category.

Rest of the users in other category are able to upload w/o problems
