Unable to edit image...

One of my members is unable to edit their image - i.e. replace them with a new digimarked version. Has anyone come across this? Apparently a new thumbnail appears but the main image is not replaced. I have asked him to clear his cache but this hasn't helped.

Digimarc seems to be some embedded encoded information into the file and this could be interefering with the image processor which might be trying to take it out.

What processor you use.

Have you tried ImageMagic by change?

This obviously is a server processor related issue and most likely these processor's would need to support digimarc as it seems the ones your using die when they encounter that image.

There is some talk on Imagemagick site hense my suggestion.

Okay well nothing new I see on this thread but you can surely send me an image that is digimarced and I can try uploading it
