| Admin Approval Gives Error(OPEN)
Anyone else having problems with the admin approving photos while running PP 5.11 or 5.12 with VB 3.07 and VBportal 3.0.3?
Any time an admin attempts to approve a photo the right frame comes back with an error message of “page can not be found” and then they have to refresh the browser to continue. Happens on IE & Firefox. Can’t approve more than 1 at a time either. Omegatron tried and cannot replicate the problem but we can’t find a machine that doesn’t do it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you sure your files are all up to date? I believe this was fixed back some time ago - if you installed 5.12 this shouldn't be a problem (adm-misc.php, i believe is the file you need).

Had files dated 6-29 tried again with files dated 6-30. Still the same problem. I sent you a PM with admin login so you can look at it.

Redownload 5.12 and try uploading the file in question.

Tried uploading the 1 file, no success, then tried uploading the files as described in the upgrade doc, (/*.php) still the same. I still have some pics there if you would like to try. Same admin as sent earlier.
Thank you

Actually I turned off PM's as a personal choice
I beleive I stated I was going to ask Michael about it. Neither of us can reproduce this issue.
Try to delete all your php scripts except the config files and replace them with clean ones from the distribution.
I beleive every different possible php config has been tried here to replicate this issue

We will try it again. When you say you are not able to reproduce this issue, you are speaking of your environment and not on this particular site. Is this correct?

Yes here on test sites of mine two different server setups and multiple install types.
Have tried magic on or off globals on or off etc same thing works fine.

That's cool, I was not thinking that you had did anything, what I was thinking that when you went into our site and approved the photos everything was okay and you could not reproduce the problem on the site itself. That's what has been driving me crazy since I have tried accessing it from different machines and ID's. I again re-downloaded PP and upload just about all the files (stylesheets too) and the problem is still there which means it has got to be somewhere else.
