"Report Photo" not working correctly(FIXED)

When a user clicks "report photo", the category of the report (i.e. "Copyright Infringement") and any text reported by the user does not make it into the email. Just having a look at the relevant section of misc.php, it's not clear to me how the category or text would be captured for the email?

line 22 in misc.php should be modified to read:

Content visible to verified customers only.
