Well do as I do on any site I run. I always have a test regular user account on my system. Simple sign on and try uploading past your upload limit of the regular user. Its how I verified the bug existed and how I verified the fix.

I also have a user that is having a similar problem. We are currently runing vb 3.0.5 and pp 4.86.

The limit for all the groups that he belongs to is 20 per day. He attempted to upload that amount, but only 16 ended up appearing on the site, and then he was restricted from uploading any more. The exceeded daily upload limit has persisted more than a day (from what he says), and he cannot add any additional photos.

I went in and attempted to replicate this problem. I attmepted to also upload 20, and only 6 showed up on the site.

I have also checked to make sure that there isn't anything in the approval queue category.

I ran the query you suggested, and it returns 0.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

These are old threads and your running a very old version of the software. We have done extensive security enhancements with the 5.x series and I would suggest you upgrade the software to the current release which is 5.31
