I just received an e-card from someone and the text is rather confusing!

Could you explain lines 1 + 2. on the e-card!!

The E-card from "hecktor" reads................

Liahona,

hecktor has sent you an e-Card from site name.

You can view your card here:

http://www.domain.com/photopost/ecar...=96-1118432228

And you can email hecktor directly at hecktor. (1)

Q.1 - no email address just member name hector at hecktor ?????

Q2. - Only give my root address not the photopost address ?????

I have tried to replicate the email address not showing up on multiple servers and can not replicate it. Does the user have an email address in the database entry??

Correct number two puts the main site web address on the email not the photopost address. You may alter the english.php language file and change the language string if you choose.

In my profile in fusion next to Display email I have my email address
so it cant be that?

I beleive the issue is in the fusion file and order in which we process the variables. email is suppose to be the 3rd variable

I replaced the fusion.php file but photopost did not recognize me when I came from fusion, I also tried to login at photopost it but still did not recognize my user/pass and told me to register?

I have got PP working with fusion again, there was a few different line in the one I had on my server to the one you gave me, so I added the new lines to my one and back to normal, sent an e-card but it has not arrived yet?

Going out today so will let you know if alls well or not.

That's been 1 hr now since I sent myself an e-card and have I've not received it yet so it may not work, I'll have to do a rechecj tomorrow as I'm off to a wedding.

That works now Chuck, but heres another problem........

One of my mods changed their display name and when it asks for the member name, if I put in the display name (not the username) it will not work as it needs the username, this causes a proplem as if someone looks at the profile it only shows the display name, so it will not work. I suppose this will be the same for people that have a different username to displayname, no one will know their member name?

So haow will that work?

redownload it I switched userlogin name to the end and display name up front
