PP5.1 - Comments not approving/removing

I just upgraded to 5.1 from 5.02. In the admin "moderate comments" area, regardless if I approve, remove, or approve all comments, not modifications are done to the database. What can I do? Thank you in advance.

When did you download 5.1? This should have been addressed in a recent update, but if not I"ll check into it.

I downloaded 5.1 Friday night June 3. Am I the only one having this problem? Thanks for your help by the way.

Just so we are using the same set of files, can I trouble you to upgrade to the 5.11 release? Once that's done, then we'll both have the same set of code and if its still a problem, I'll know where to look.

Not a problem. I'll upgrade tonight when I have fewer visitors. I appreciate your help.

No problem, I just tested on the another site and all the comments approved as expected. Hopefully this will resolve yours as well.

Just upgraded to 5.11. Comments still don't approve / delete in the admin comment panel. Was hoping the upgrade would be the fix.

If I'm an isolated case then it must be something on my side. I'll spend some time on it. I'm switching to a CMS that compiles to static html soon anyways. Photopost has my CPU loads at 3 to 8+ my dual 2.4GHz server with only ~25k visitors a day and ~5k media files. My needs are much more than that.

Thank you for your help. Any ideas come to mind let me know. A+ customer support!

This bug is verified in 5.11 and here is the fix. In adm-misc.php on the typecast line add what is in bold

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
