Limit of upload photos not working

I have a disk space limit in 3000kb to registered users in my gallery:

And 1mb in my VBulletin:

The user named TGlow has more than 3mb in the gallery and nothing happened to block him:

What could I do?

Download the current build and make sure you have an updated uploadphoto.php; its possible they were uploading one image at a time as we were missing some code for space checking in early releases of the uploadphoto.php script.

You're welcome. Wouldn't hurt to refreshen your other files from the build (just the .php files and not config-inc.php, config-int.php or the inc_.php files - no changes there).

Please, Michael... don´t forget to look about the smilies... all my users love them and I would like to put again in my gallery...
