| Can't approve photo's/Can't copy images in IPS
I had you guys do my upgrade to 5.1. After the upgrade Images upload fine....and go to queue fine. However they don't show up after I approve them..and remain in the queue.
Second issue is when using image protection when I edit the fields I still get an error saying I need to enter both fields..which I have done.
chuck if you read this please get back to me on my integration.
Thanks
Bap

Brad you need to reply to the multiple emails I have sent you about your integration options
Check your email trash bin as if your not getting my emails the past 2 days then give another email to send to your on as I get your emails but you have replied to none of mine
Your upgrade was done a couple days ago and was just updated with the build that came out yesterday addressing any known issues so retest your issues and see if there are any issues

I also have a problem regarding image Approval
Firstly My gallery is not set up to que images for approval but it seems that all the images are going into an approval que and I cannot approve them.
My gallery was upgraded to the latest version very recently so not sure how to fix this

Not sure what you mean you would have to provide examples. If an image is being moderated then you need to approve it. You can turn off moderation in the admin panel under edit usergroups.

Well are sure he is uploading images smaller than your maximum PHP upload filesize allowed which might be 2mb. If he uploads an image larger than PHP allows your server drops it before our application can process it hense there is nothing to process. I think that might be your issue. The application is limited to your PHP setup.

You can check in your admin panel under phpinfo what your maximum allowed filesize to uploaded is.

Chuck thanks for your help
The problem is now resolved and was not an issue with the software but more an issue with the file names of the images the member was trying to upload.
