Question I can't add more usergroups

I'm trying to add more usergroups beyond the five that were given in the default settings. In the Usergroup Editor, I click on "Add a New Usergroup" but the screen just refreshes itself. Any hints?

I'm moving your posts out of "How Do I....?" because it isn't problem reporting forum so much as a request for information on how to do something.

As in the other thread, make sure you have a current build and try again.
