Classified Login/Cookie issue

Ok, this one is making me crazy....

I have three websites that all run VB, photopost, and PP Classifieds. They are all configured the same regarding cookies / login / integration. But on one site, the scenario is as follows:

You can't login or logout from Classifieds. You can't log into VB and have classifieds logged in, but you CAN log into Photopost and Classifieds will work. You can also logout from photopost. All have "\" as the cookie path with no specific domain. There are no subdomains in play, and all have "blank" for the cookie domain.

When you try to login it accepts and you don't get logged in. When you try to logout, you don't get logged out.

Help me Obi Juan...

This thread should assist you. I would suggest you make sure all applications are setup the same.

Ok, all of that is set correctly (blanks and / ) and I still have the problem. This was working for years, and stopped working all of a sudden.

Well like that tutorial says if you have your cookies set to say

cookie path /

cookie prefix bb

cookie domain .yoursite.com

and have the correct vb license number in the config the resulting cookie should be read by our app and vbulletin.

I cant really say more without accurate urls and test logins posted here.

Also of course you need to make sure all versions your running are compatible with your version of vb etc.

Chuck, thanks. I tried those settings also to no avail.
