Ad/image upload error

I installed the software today and am getting this error when trying to upload the first ad.

Warning: unlink([path]/classifieds/data/6/thumbs/P1030723.jpg) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in [path]/classifieds/image-inc.php on line 386

Error creating resized original! Error code: 127

My /classifieds/data directory only has the 1 and 2 sub-directories and it seems it is trying to add the image to 6. Do I need to add this (and perhaps other) directory myself or is there something else wrong?

Never mind... I should know by now to search first before asking questions! I selected GD2 when installing the software but the setting still needed to be changed in the Global Settings.
