Classifieds Not Picking Up CSS

I have a question concerning an additional line of CSS code I added post-installation of classifieds. I placed a line of code to make a registration link and "forgot password" link in the header. Added some CSS within the additional CSS box and placed the html code into the header. Fairly simple...aside from this appearing as it should everywhere except classifeds. It will show but it reverts to just the string of html without any CSS IE: font type, colour, size etc.
Now, I should mention this issue in not browser specific. It happens in FF as well as IE and happens in reviewpost as well. I attached a couple of screenies just in case I didn't explain this issue well enough. The second attachment shows with the css. As you can see it ignores the CSS because the font and color appear to rendering to default. I have tons of additional CSS coding, (footer, header, etc) and everything displays as it should. The only thing I can see is this was added after the installation, not sure if that matters or not.
Any ideas??

really we would not be able to comment about what your doing without knowing exactly what your doing. however this appears to me a mod question so you might want to post in THE MOD CORNER.

I can post it over there. However, this isn't a mod to the classifieds section. It's specifically targeted at vBulletin template system. When I installed the classified software it picked up my custom templates without issue as it should. It's just my custom skin I made a small change to (I do alot of tweaking to the templates lol) and for whatever reason classifieds and reviewpost are not picking up that particular CSS call. Is there a refresh templates in the ACP somewhere I'm missing? I remember my old PHPBB days there was something similar.

No I would just suggest you view your vb css and see the call is there. As long as we load the css it should be there usuable but like I said without seeing anything all one can do is guess.

Here is the css call Chuck...

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
and here is the html in the header template...

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
It has me puzzled because I have numerous additional css and html in my skin. But for some reason (hopefully you know why) this won't show within the classifieds and reviewposts (html shows, but no CSS). However, it will show everywhere else (CSS included).

Rename the css class name in the stylesheet and template to userLinky

Your name will conflict with the auto rewrite routine which searches for member
