| "Script call malformed. Some actions require you to be logged in." on unsubscribe.
When users load in a new ad, they then get tons of new ad notifications, and I mean a lot. When they try to unsubscribe, this is what we get:
"Script call malformed. Some actions require you to be logged in. Please verify you are logged in and try the link again. If you continue to have problems please notify your Administrator".
Same error as here: Multiple confirmation emails sent to users
Which was supposedly fixed.
We are running the latest version.

Also are they logged in? Thats the error as I see it. It tells them they need to be logged in.
I have tested this feature and it works for me

I am glad to hear it is working fine for you. This really helps us out a lot. Have you ever considered that most configurations are perhaps different than yours? Now, could you please fix the issue.
Honestly, we hold many licenses to your products, but renewing them is starting to become a serious question as support lately has been beneath sub par.

The user needs to be logged in for the subscription to be processed otherwise you get that message.
Feel free to post a link to your site and a test login if you wish. Aside from that all I can do is do as I have done checked our downloadable code and there is not an issue as I can see. There is no way configurations can affect the issue we are talking about. We are talking absolutes here. The only place the message your referring to is called in misc.php is once in that file and i have posted the if clause in my previous post. Here it is again right out of misc.php Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
The only way to trigger that message you get is for the user to not be logged in or the sub variable empty.

The error happened to ME, I received the error and could still see the admin link and the logout link. Now, can that happen when you are logged out? Site: Main Index - Mountain Buzz Gear Swap |

As much as you repeat it, that doesn't make it true. See this screenshot when I actually try to subscribe: sheesh.jpg
Right from there, I can go and post an ad, something I should not be able to do if I am logged out. Now please, fix the issue.
Have sent you login info for this site for yet another issue, see: http://www.photopost.com/forum/1249988-post19.html |

well I will handle one issue at a time. On this issue I asked for ftp because quite simply I have shown you an example of the default code and we do not see this issue. I see what your site is doing which is not the norm hense I will check your files.

Well, considering we just uploaded the files you have in the members area, ohh about 3 days ago, you might want to check your distribution that the public receives.
All seems to be working now, thanks.
