vBGallery Beta 3

Major Fixes:

- Complete rewriting of filmstrip. Same functionnality as before, but it used to make php go out of mem with categories over 50.000 images. We tested new version with categories with 120.000 pics and it works now.

- Rewrite of usergroup permissions..
ATTENTION: you must check permissions for usergroups: moderation now changed for images AND for comments. \
Moderate this users images now changed to: User can upload without moderation!!
same with comments.

they were also moved (images into the upload section of the page, comments to the comment section)
SO PLEASE DOUBLECHECK YOUR USERGROUPS!!!!
(Advantage now, you can set ALL to yes for Admins and ALL to no for banned users)

Lots of small bugfixes (84)
stuff like : Fixed upload for long filenames (Up to now filenames with more
than 100 chars gave broken images)

Many template fixes.

Fixed font color for showimage sidebar
Fixed sortorder in filmstrip for order by rating ASC
Fixed logolink when linking to homepage
etc..

Lots of fixes in ACP

Rebuild imagesizes for thumbs and normal pics
Rebuild Image counters now supports galleries with over 100.000 images.
Regenerating thumbnails now remembers the user crop
Added Rebuild imagesize for originals

Changed the .htaccess protection.. (now disables php in files directory and
allows google, yahoo etc..)
Fixed validate images and posts
Fixed Massedit, Mass delete
etc...

In directory do not upload/extras you will find:

A beta version of a very simple importer from photopost pro 7.x
AND
An extra product for CMS widgets for vbgallery

Attentions these 2 are Hacks for vBGallery AND NOT PART of the software! (if they dont work - there is no official support from Photopost. But probably users will help you out)

We are getting close to gold, 3 things remain todo:
1. cleanup installer.. (for the moment it resets lots of settings to
default.. annoying for the admin -> this will be fixed in next version)
2. redo the imagebit..
3. cleanup exif display.

Attention: Some have said that the gallery statusicons were replaced with
the forum statusicons on default upgrade after beta 2.
this has been fixed. BUT it will not revert if you have changed it. (because
it is style dependent)
To switch from gallery statusicons to forum statusicons and vice versa, goto
ACP->Styles & Templates->Stylemanager. In your style select from the
dropdown: Stylevars.
There is a stylevar called: ppg_use_forum_statusicons.
Set it to 1 to use forum statusicons, set it to 0 to use gallery
statusicons.

(and if the favicon does not work for gallery, just save the settings
(without changes) this will rebuild the datastore.)
