Classifieds 3.1 is a minor bug release to fix a couple issues with the new language system and emails.

New features or Updates:

. Meta tag description and keywords set in admin panel options.
. Meta keywords and descriptions passed to the header system through category names and ad titles for better SEO

You do need to run the upgrade script to add the new meta tag options.
