DB scan - get file not founds, but file is there!

When I scan the database, it finds 66 problems. A bunch of "File not found" and "not in database." When I click on the image references in "File not found" the file isn't there, but when I click on the images in "not in database" they are all there. How do I fix this?

Am on latest VB 4..
vBgallery says v3.01, although I've installed 3.02

Thanks,
Don

I really can not respond without seeing what your talking about but your talking 2 different things or sections I beleive.

1. There are issues where vbGallery is finding image entries in the database where files are not found.

2. There are issues where a file is found on disk but there is no entry in the database for it.

If indeed these are orphaned files then cleaning up orphaned files is what you would want to do.

Ok - for where there is a file on the disk, is there are way to assign ownership to a user versus deleting?

You can not. What that is telling you is its an orphaned file I beleive telling you there is no SQL record for that entry.

Obviously I have not seen what your seeing so thats my best guess.
