MySQL Error : Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet'

The installation process fails after "Updating style information for each style" and I am stuck in the process with an MySQL error.

MySQL Version : 5.0.51a

Invalid SQL:
UPDATE vb_language SET title = title, phrasegroup_cprofilefield = 'a:54:{s:14:\"category1_desc\";s:0:\"\";s:15:\" …

Unfortunately I am on shared hosting and cannot change MySQL settings.
Is there a way to work around that problem and finish the installation?

Not that I am aware of maybe work with your host on increasing the packet size until you install then they can change it back.

Thanks! Issue resolved with the Hoster.
At first I thought that huge query is caused by the way you built the installation, but that actually caused by the way Vbulletin stores the language data. So no PhotoPost issue at all.

yep which is why your host needed to up the packet size.
