New Installation Problem vBGallery with vBulletin 4.1.7
 

I just complete the installation of vBGallery on my vBulletin 4.1.7 and using vBGallery 3.01 and found some problem as follow:

1 - The icon in the statistic is not working. I did change the ppg_use_forum_statusicons to 1 to use the vBulletin icon and not work. I also changed to 0 for vBGallery and not work either. When I changed to 1, the statistic not working but all other icons in my Gallery works fine.

You could go to "dplsociety dot org" > Forum - Scroll all the way to the bottom and see the "x" out on the Member Gallery Statistic Icon.

NOTE: This website is 2 days new and still underconstruction...


2 - The QUICK UPLOAD is working fine, however, the mass upload that you could upload say 10 images at the time is not working. When I go to the Gallery, under member category, there is a "+Upload Image" icon. This will bring me to a screen that I could configure for multiple images upload. Once filled out all of the information, and click on the "Submit" button, the screen is finish and go back to the member screen but none of the image is loaded.

You could go to "dplsociety dot org" > Gallery and see the "+ Upload Image". This button will lead you to the multiple image upload where after I fill out all the information and click on submit, it acted as complete, but no image loaded and no error.

3 - In the admincp>vBGallery>Mass Edit/Delete, this is where it list all of the images categories. Click on GO with the view Images selected it gave me the error:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function parse_wysiwyg_html_to_bbcode() in /home/tamdle/public_html/gallery/index.php on line 657
"

1. Looking at your page sourcer I would need to know why your gallery stats icon has a path including the gallery index.php name there should be no script name. I just looked at my test site source and the icon shows fine. You have a script name anywhere in your url settings?

2. The flash uploader does not work on all servers and is external code that we do not write. we provide an on off switch because of this. For example mod security does not work with it.

3. You can edit the gallery index.php file and around lines 654 is as listed here

I am very appreciated for your REALLY FAST help, it all works out now but the item 2.

What I understood for this issue is the "+ UPLOAD IMAGE" button and the Upload from the server are FLASH UPLOADER. I then have 2 questions for this:

1 - Where is the on/of switch so I could turn it off for the user not to see it.
2 - Other than loading the image one at a time, is there any other way that vBGallery could load multiple images?

If not, could the user load their images through vBulletin ALBUM and transfer or convert to the vBGallery, since vBulletin ALBUM allows the bulk images loader.

There is not much assistance I could give about the flash uploader as stated it is external code and does not work on every server which is why there is the on off switch. If safe mode is on in php or mod security is set on the server it will not work those are two things you can check but no magic help I can give you on that.
