Installed successfully but i still get error

Installed Vbgallery successfully but when I try to open it i get this error :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator,**** and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_fcgid/2.3.5 Phusion_Passenger/2.2.15 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at **** - Club News Port 80

I'm sure the path and the permission 777 thing is working probably, if there's any way to fix that I'd be glad to hear it

thank you

How about the config file in the gallery directory have you per the instructions edited that with the proper server path to the forum?

That is a server error specifically so if it is not your config file do you server error logs lead some light on the error.

Have you checked the gallery directory is it 755 and files 644?

Have you checked you server error logs to see what they say about your error since your getting a server error not script error?

The top options on your vbgallery settings in admin are your replacement options you place script names like calendar.php etc in the appropriate place you have links and the urls will be written with the forum url.
